We're currently hiring for the following roles across our Hampton Roads locations.
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
DSPs are the heart of ELS. You'll provide hands-on support to individuals in our Day Support and Community Engagement programs — helping them build skills, pursue interests, and connect with their community.
Community Support Specialist
Work one-on-one with individuals in our Community Coaching program, helping them build independence, self-advocacy skills, and meaningful community connections.
Sponsored Residential Provider
Open your home and your heart. As a Sponsored Residential Provider, you'll welcome an adult with a disability into your family home, providing daily support, companionship, and a safe place to thrive.
